]]> Ana Nikolic has been working in CROZ for more than 11 years, in sales and education department. She has been a QED conferences organizer for many years.

At this moment she is a head of the Learn@CROZ education center.

Ana is one of the founders of the Programerko Association. Since mid-2016 she has been Coordinator for Code Club Hrvatska (Code Club Country Coordinator).

]]> Alan is a known Croatian expert for project management and digital transformation with more then 20 years of experience in banking, software development and innovation. He thinks the main points in successful realization of any project are motivated members of the project team and well defined priorities. In the last two years he has been focusing on digital transformation and adding value to the organizations.

He is an initiator and leader of SupraPM project and blogger at pmoinsights.wordpress.com. He is a member of Croatian Association for Project Management (HUUP IPMA), owner for PMO SIG part, and a speaker at many Croatian and foreign conferences. He has also received many awards, his favorite one being Best Project Manager in the Raiffeisen International Group 2007.

Also, he is the only participant and speaker in all 11 CROZ conferences to date.

]]> Peter Eeles is an Executive IT Architect in the DevOps Global Tiger Team, IBM Hybrid Cloud, where he helps organizations improve their IT delivery capability in order to drive tangible business value. He has a particular interest in the adoption of Architecture, Agile, DevOps and Cloud as innovation enablers.

In the IT industry since 1985, Peter comes from a delivery background and was previously Chief Architect of IBM Rational’s Worldwide Solution Delivery organization where he led many large-scale transformations in a variety of industries. ]]> Mladen is software development consultant at CROZ. During his 12 years in the IT industry he has been working in design, development, deployment, systems analysis, testing and optimization applying different technologies on number of projects from various business domains. He filled many roles in various projects, from developer, DB admin and architect to DevOps. Main areas of expertise also include software performance and security with as many as 10 years of experience in given areas.

He has extensive experience in J2EE/Java technologies ranging from the design and development of simple MVC applications to the complex multi-tier layered and cloud architectures.

He also enjoys developing and delivering system, keeping them running safely, debugging the issues and working on performance and security improvements. Keeping the human side and getting the most out of his work adds value and gives return on investment to our clients.

Lately, he has been caught into the web of cloud-based software development, so don’t ask him about cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, microservices or RedHat Openshift. He wont stop talking. 🙂

Also, Jenkins CI is on his hit list.

]]> Ardijana acquired diploma for coaching in London at Coach U (www.coachinc.com) programs for corporate coaching, where she graduated and post-graduate education in the field of coaching within organization. She is an active member of the ICF and associate of several international networks of trainers and consultants for organizational development. As a graduate engineer of industrial electronics, she completed postgraduate studies in business management (DSM) at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering in Zagreb, as well as a number of international programs for the development and improvement of management as well as personal and organizational development.

Her approach to training is based on almost 15 years of experience in managing highly motivated teams in a fast-growing corporate environments, primarily in the telecommunications and ICT industry (Marketing and Communications, organizational development, business support functions). She has specialized working with teams and middle and senior management in transition – the scope of coaching practice that she speaks at international professional conferences.

Her favorite topics are motivation, performance management, leadership (personal and organizational leadership), coaching skills for managers and trainers. With great enthusiasm Adrijana explores the dynamics of teams and promotes transformational approach to leadership.

]]> Željko Šaronja is curious sportsman, who likes trying out stamina outdoors sports.

He participated in numerous road races (5km, 10 km, half marathon, marathon and ultra marathon), off-road and mountain races as a runner, and he also participated in triathlon competitions of different distances. Željko also participated in orienteering competitions (races and MTB), MTB competition, CX (cyclocross) competition and adventure races.

Željko finished the following races:
Double Ironman distance (7.6 km swim, 360 km cycling, 84.4 km run)
Supermaraton Balaton (in total 195 km in four days)
12-hour Forrest Gump (84km)
3 IronMan competition
More trail run 50 km

He currently lives in Vienna, Austria and works for the Telekom Austria Group. Most of his career, Željko spent in telecommunications, mainly in Controlling.

]]> Pavao Vlahek is a doctor of medicine and a specialist in physical rehabilitation. He is a specialist for the rehabilitation of spinal neurological injuries and rehabilitation of athletes. He is a Fellow of the European Board of Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine.

At the same time, he is one of the best Croatian runners, a competitor in some of the most demanding disciplines – ultra marathon and ultra triathlon races consisting of 7.6 km swim, 360 km cycling and 84.4 km run.

He is the organizer of triathlon races and programs for prevention of diseases through physical activity.
