Mindfulness meditation

Meditation practice “Metta” (loving love) and “Mindfulness”, with roots in the Buddha’s teachings (Vipassana),are widely accepted in scientific circles and, for example, for many years practiced in MBSR clinics (Mindfulness Based Stress reduction) and are pragmatically focused on stress relief.

In meditation practice “Metta” we develop a feeling of benevolent love for yourself and others while in meditation “Mindfulness” we learn how to deal with the ever -changing sensations, thoughts and emotions in a way that leads to a meaningful and joyful life.

After concrete instructions and opening arguments on these two exceptional and complementary meditative practices, will follow a series of meditations that will alternate with questions/answers.

It will be easier for you to practice the workshop if you come in comfortable clothes.
