Harmony first! And when to risk conflicts?

Besides joint goals, values, challenges and success it is constant joint striving towards Harmony and individuals predominant perception of Harmony that allows for robust teamwork and to overcome friction, stress and negative feelings in the long run. Striving for Harmony helps to bear negative feelings towards people and other (work) parameters that somehow can’t be circumvented.

We’re all settled on Harmony then? But our entire life has thought us that in some cases real conflict is either unavoidable or sometimes even preferable to shying away from it.

This talk will discuss Harmony and Conflict and their relation based on several real life experiences. It’s focus is people and it will finally transcend into IT technology.
