Thorsten Gressling

In the mid-nineties Dr. Gressling implemented a first machine learning system at the University of Kiel. With a doctorate in chemistry and computer science he became a consultant and was initially based in the adjacent compartment of management information systems. He worked for many years in Frankfurt in the financial sector and since 2004 he has been head of business intelligence at a pharma company in Berlin.

The quantum leap in the development of Deep Learning led him to found a start-up on implementation of neural networks. With joining ARS GmbH this year he leads seminars, project implementations as well as trainings and qualifications.

He is heading the new ARS division Cognitive Computing and A.I. in Munich.
